Job Purpose & Mission
This role contributes to Starbucks success by assisting the Partner Resources Team on the delivery of key projects in EMEA.
Inclusion and wellbeing are both business strategic priorities and the projects intern will be assigned to our opportunity, inclusion and wellbeing team, where they will support with the delivery of key projects and programmes in this space. The role will also include working cross-functionally across the Partner Resources Team on wider related projects and priorities.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Help deliver key programmes and projects as set out in our inclusion and wellbeing roadmaps
- Work with cross-functional and business teams to achieve project objectives.
- Help monitor each project to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to plan.
- Help develop and deliver robust project plans
- Assist with producing project documentation and governance
- Support other key PRO functions such as talent acquisition and learning and engagement with inclusion and diversity related work
- Help bring to life inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing programmes, both within retail and non-retail, and across different EMEA markets
- Research and benchmark industry best practice and make recommendations to enhance strategic plans
- Assist the PRO team with the delivery of key projects as set out in the PRO plan
- Assist with producing/updating presentations and collating project data.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role the applicant would ideally be:
- Highly organised.
- A good communicator.
- Curious to learn and engage with different areas of the Starbucks business.
- Have experience and/or a passion and keen interest in inclusion, diversity, equity and wellbeing agendas
- Good attention to detail
- Preferably studied or studying towards a recognized qualification in HR, wellbeing, inclusion or diversity.
Salary - £19,500
Duration - 6 months
