Meet Giampaolo! He is the general manager of the Milan Roastery.

The passion and the desire that Starbucks dedicates to everything it does, comes from the love for its work and for the satisfaction of its partners and customers.

Being part of Starbucks is beautiful and representing these values in the Italian market will be an immense honour for me.

I believe that making our own family and the people around you proud every day is the most satisfying success that can be achieved.

Being a leader means being an example, it means facing the problems and facing them with courage, it means being at the side of our partners every day and sharing success together. Being a leader means improving the lives of the people around you.

Starbucks for me means, that opportunity of a lifetime, the possibility of being myself and choosing who I want to be during my journey called Vita (Life in italian).
