Scope

This role is accountable for developing the technology strategy and roadmap for digital experiences for customers and partners for the EMEA, LAC and Asia Pacific regions. Working with a team of both partners and suppliers, this role will be responsible for the innovation and architecture of these digital solutions as well as designing, building, maintaining, and supporting them in all three regions. Collaborating with the leadership team of North American customer and retail technology, this person will help shape the global technology stack as part of the global customer and retails technology community.

  • Designing the experience for customers and partners across multicultural and expensive regions
  • Cultural-appropriate collaboration with licensees while influencing leaders with respect and inclusiveness.
  • Multiple business models and complex international markets require Starbucks to be a service provide with tenacity and resilience to serve customers.
  • Standardizations of technology for customer and partner experiences across EMEA, LAC and Asia Pacific regions and creating technology platforms compelling from both a cost and customer/ partner journey experience.
  • Managing new feature activity programmatic distribution plans while influencing our licensee community to adopt technology solutions that enhanced the customer/partner journey.
  • Make appropriate decisions to build versus adopt technologies for technology platforms.
  • Building a collaborative team of both partners and suppliers across unifying goals and objectives
  • Commerciality focus and sector expertise, particularly in retails store operations.
